A new tenant doesn’t have to mean new hassles! We liaise with utility companies to make sure they have all the information they need to set up accounts in the correct name and ensure bills are charged to the right person.
We give landlords peace of mind with our six monthly property visits. We check the property is being looked after, liaise with your tenants to see that they’re happy and keep you up to date with any maintenance needed.
Your tenants’ deposit will be registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme. At the end of every tenancy, we’ll assess the property using our checkout report, coordinating any outstanding costs. We’ll even deal with the return of the deposit.
