Our fees for Landlords are as follows:
- Letting Service @ 10% of the rent
- Management Service @ 6% of the rent
New tenancy:
- Administration Fee @ £195.00
- Referencing Fee @ £35.00 per tenant and per guarantor
Renewal:
- Renewal Administration Fee @ £120.00
Assignment of tenancy:
- £120.00 Administration Fee (payable by the Landlord) + Referencing
- £50.00 Administration Fee (payable by the Tenant)
Notices:
- We no longer serve Section21 notices as standard due to the pre-conditional requirements and responsibilities added from the Deregulation Act, these are to be dealt with by a solicitor. On the exception that we did serve the notice, an Administration Fee of £95 would be payable by the Landlord.

- Tenant Administration Fee @ £125.00 (Renewals @ £75.00)
- Referencing Fee @ £50.00
